Considering a listing?

We cater to different types of companies and listing needs.

To simplify the listing process, the JSE  offers a Fast Track listing solution to allow companies already listed on major stock exchanges for at least 18 months to create a secondary listing on the Mainboard or AltX. Benefits of the Fast Track listing included a quicker approval of listing, fewer costs and resources as a pre-listing statement is not required, lower fees and discounted annual listing costs.

Since YEAR, the JSE has allowed Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs) list on the Main Board to raise capital to find the acquisition of one or more existing companies or other assets.
